How and what to submit for evidence of funds? Are all requirements for ETA needed to present to immigration when we arrive in Bangkok?

After 1 June is it a requirement to get an ETA done to get a UK visa exemption and then apply for the TDAC system as well? Also can I apply for one or both in June or July if I am only travelling in October as it is still unclear whether being UK visa exempt is part of TDAC or if an ETA is still required.
No, none of this is official yet, and the TDAC appears to have been rushed to be approved. It looks like they may need to rethink how the ETA works, it may even become part of the TDAC.
